RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Please call CMX Travel and identify yourself as a SMWS conference attendee for all room reservations. Please do not call the Cliff Lodge or Snowbird directly.

RESERVATION TERMS/CONDITIONS/DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All reservations require a 1 (one) night deposit plus tax to confirm your reservation.
The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
There is no additional charge for children under the age of 17 years in the same room
The maximum number of persons per room is 4 (four)

ROOM CANCELLATION FEES

A $50.00 per room cancel fee applies for all reservations canceled after initial reservation.
A 1 (one) night cancel fee applies for all reservations canceled before December 31, 2011; 2 nights cancel fee thereafter
After February 14, 2012, all payments are forfeited unless re-sold.
Changes to your arrival/departure dates are subject to a $50.00 per change fee.
We regret that there are no refunds for early departures.
