All registration is done online. Please select the REGISTER HERE button to register, purchase discounted lift tickets and Avant/Après Ski guest passes. For hotel reservations at the Snowbird Cliff Lodge, please call CMX Travel at 1-781-829-9696

Registration Fees and Guest Programs

Conference Registration includes*:

  • All lectures and materials
  • CME Certificate
  • Breakfast at each of the four morning sessions
  • Après' Ski refreshments and snacks
  • Welcome Dinner Reception
  • On-line conference syllabus ( available approximately 2 weeks prior)
  • Door prizes

* Food and beverage provided by the conference is for the attendees only. Family & guests are welcome to purchase an Avant & Apres' Ski Guest pass for the meal functions (see below)

SMWS REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees for Physicians and non Physicians are identical. Fees are based on the purchase of a 4 night Snowbird lodging package through CMX Travel. If you make your own arrangements, fees are $200 higher.

* Residents in Training/Fellows must provide a letter from your Program Director verifying your residency status.

AVANT & APRES SKI GUEST PASS

An Avant & Apres' Ski Guest Pass (before and after skiing) is available for your family and guest(s). The adult price is $175 per person. The child's price – for children under age 12 - is $100 per person. The Avant & Après' Ski Guest Pass includes:

  • Breakfast at each of the four morning sessions facing the mountain in our private room
  • Après' ski refreshments and snacks
  • Welcome Dinner Reception
  • Door prizes
  • All gratuities to hotel staff

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN

Name badge, lift tickets and Avant/Après Ski Guest passes will be available for pick up between 1:00pm- 6:00pm Wednesday March 14, 2012 at the SMWS conference registration desk adjacent to the lobby area of the Cliff Lodge.

COURSE REFUND POLICY

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via fax or e-mail.
  • $50 cancellation fee if notice is received before 1/31/2012. Refund process can take 3-4 weeks.
  • No refunds if notice is received after January 31, 2012.
